What is CalmDone?
CalmDone is a calm, minimalist brand of planners, journals and books built around the Done List Method: you write your week as if it is already done.
Are the planners dated?
No. The DREAM Collection planners are undated, so you can start any week and use them at your own pace. Each one is a 6 × 9 in hardcover with 160 pages.
What is the free Calm Week Starter?
A printable mini planner with the Done List Method, a weekly reset, a full week to fill in and a peek inside the DREAM planners. You get it by email when you sign up, plus one quiet note a week. You can unsubscribe at any time.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 5–20 business days depending on your location.
Where are products made?
Our products are made-to-order and fulfilled by trusted production partners worldwide, including Lulu, which prints each book on demand. That means your planner is printed fresh when you order, and the production time is part of the shipping estimate above.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
Can I track my order?
Yes, tracking information is provided via email once your order has shipped.
Can I return my order?
Since products are made-to-order, we only accept returns for damaged or incorrect items.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only issued for defective, damaged, or lost items.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible. Contact us as soon as possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via Stripe and PayPal.
